Refund & Transfer Policy

Thank you for securing your spot at the Istanbul World Dance Congress! To provide flexibility for our attendees, we have established the following refund and transfer policies:

Refund & Change Conditions:

✅ Up to 1 month (30 days) before the event:

•You can receive a full refund.

•You may transfer your ticket to another person.

•You can postpone your participation to the next festival.

✅ Up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the event:

•You can change the name on your ticket.

•You may transfer your ticket to another person

•You can postpone your participation to the next festival.

✅ Up to 1 week (7 days) before the event:

•You can only postpone your participation to the following year.

❌ Less than 7 days before the event:

•No refunds, transfers, or postponements will be possible.

These policies are in place to ensure a smooth organization and a fair experience for all participants.
